Rich Ealy has been umpiring in
the Mason District Little League (Annandale, Virginia) for more than ten years,
having an umpire history that extends back more than 20 years. Mr. Ealy
has been and is a very popular member of the District 4 Little League
community. Ealy serves as an Assistance District Administrator in District
4 and is a member of the umpire training staff of the Southern Region umpire program.
Ealy has been the umpire
example for the Little League rule book in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
